资源简介:
Genotype data generated in a study that aimed to investigate whether the Ser96Ala (rs3745297; HRC), Ser49Gly (rs1801252; ADRB1), Arg389Gly (rs1801253; ADRB1) and Gly1886Ser (rs3766871; RYR2) polymorphisms were associated with serious arrhythmic events and all-cause death in a cohort of patients with heart failure of non-ischemic etiology and reduced LVEF from Southern Brazil. Serious arrhythmic events were set as sudden cardiac death or appropriate implantable cardioverter-defibrillator therapy.
Supplementary material for: Telles TM, May BM, Pimentel M, Pereira BL, Andrades M, Rohde LE and Dos Santos KG: Non‑synonymous polymorphisms in the HRC and ADRB1 genes may be associated with all‑cause death in patients with non‑ischemic heart failure. Exp Ther Med 27: 48, 2024.
