<b>Supplementary material. M</b><b>onitoring slide for routine monthly review meetings </b><b>under the pilot of private pharmacy-based TB surveillance (PPTS) in Jaipur II district, India, November 2025 – January 2026</b>

Private Pharmacy based TB Surveillance This is a unique initiative done in collaboration with Rajasthan State TB control department and State Drug Control department. The Private pharmacists, within Jaipur, Rajasthan, were trained to share contact details of cough syrup buyers who approach their shops. These contact details were weekly shared with the local health department. The health department tracked these cough syrup buyers via home visits and if they fell into presumptive TB criteria, there sputum was tested for Tuberculosis. We found of all the 2413 cough syrup buyers shared by pharmacies, 759 (31%)were reported as tracked and 334 (44%)of them underwent sputum examinations, yielding three(1%) PPTS-detected TB. The results would have been more alarming if more number of buyers were tracked and tested.
