mRNA-seq of WT and Tgfbr2 KO CD8 T cells transferred into chronically infected mice

This experiment was performed to examine transcriptional differences between WT and Tgfbr2 KO antigen-specific CD8 cells activated in established chronic infection. Overall design: Naïve CD8 T cells were sorted from Tgfbr2 flox/flox (WT) and dLck-Cre+ Tgfbr2 flox/flox (Tgfbr2 KO) P14 mice, and equal numbers (10,000 each) of naïve WT and Tgfbr2 KO P14 cells were co-transferred into C57BL/6J mice that had an established chronic LCMV clone 13 infection (day 45 post infection, with CD4 T cell depletion). At day 12 after transfer, WT and KO P14 cells were harvested from the spleen for RNA-Seq.
