supporting data for exploring diffusion techniques in dementia and MS

The dataset included several cohorts in total: 16  Alzheimer's disease (AD), 37 mild cognitive impairment (MCI), 11 subjective cognitive decline (SCD), 13 vascular dementia (VaD), 18 multiple sclerosis (MS) and 20 neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus (NPSLE) participants.  Not only the raw data such as T1 weighted image were included but also the processed imgaes such as diffusion measaurements and segmentation results of T1 were also included. The dataset mainly contains the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), T1 weighted image (T1WI)  and also some processed diffution tensor imaging (DTI).

该数据集包含多个队列，共计16个阿尔茨海默病（AD）病例，37个轻度认知障碍（MCI）病例，11个主观认知衰退（SCD）病例，13个血管性痴呆（VaD）病例，18个多发性硬化症（MS）病例以及20个神经精神系统性红斑狼疮（NPSLE）病例。数据集不仅包括原始数据，如T1加权图像，还包含经过处理的图像，如扩散测量和T1的分割结果。该数据集主要包含磁共振成像（MRI）、T1加权图像（T1WI）以及部分经过处理的弥散张量成像（DTI）。
