Genome-wide BfmR binding in Acinetobacter baumannii

The global BfmR regulator is essential to antibiotic resistance and virulence in the multiresistant sepsis pathogen Acinetobacter baumannii. This project used ChIP-seq to determine the sites of BfmR binding genome-wide, information necessary to understand mechanisms of global gene regulation in the bacterium.
