iCARE ICHT Friends and Family Test Dataset

The iCARE Friends and Family data model is a HRA REC approved database capturing data recorded during surveys completed by patients following their stay at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. It contains the answers to the questions included in the feedback forms and filled out by patients outlining their experience at the Trust, how they found the care they received and whether they would recommend ICHT to their friends and family.
