E-payment usage among respondents in South Korea 2022, by gender

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on e-payment usage, more than 87 percent of male and 86.7 percent of female respondents from South Korea stated that they made transactions using e-payment methods, while between 9.7 and 10.6 percent each of the male and female respondents did not. The top two reasons for using e-payment methods was that it was convenient, and it allowed the user to not have to carry a lot of cash.
