Christmas shopping intentions in Italy 2020, by channel

According to a survey from December 2020, 21 percent of Italian consumers would purchase Christmas gifts exclusively online, while another 40 percent would buy them both online and in store. 17 percent of them stated they were not planning to buy Christmas presents at all.
