Target sequence in a single lung cancer cell line.

Single cell target sequences were performed using cell lines owned by the Second Department of Surgery, University of Occupational and Environmental Health, Japan.We used cell lines PC9, NCI-H441, and NCI-H1975. Each cell line was collected in single cell, DNA was extracted and target sequenced. Single cell sequencing results were compared with reference sequences from each cell line sequenced in bulk.
