Purpose: RNA-sequencing data was used to determine the main molecular pathways invovled in SDC and describe the tumoral microenvironment composition with key cellular networks within the latter. mRNA profiles were generated on HiSeq4000 using 2 x 75pb cycles, generating 130 millions of reads.
