This dataset contains UV-Visible spectrophotometric absorbance values related to the characterization of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles synthesized using Azospirillum sp. The spectra were recorded in the wavelength range of 300–800 nm using LABMAN, LMSP-UV1200 UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and the results are provided in raw formats. The purpose of this analysis was to study the effect of nanoparticle concentration and pH on absorbance behavior.
The dataset is provided as a single Excel file (.xlsx) comprising two separate sheets:
Concentration Sheet – Absorbance values recorded at a fixed wavelength for various ZnO nanoparticle concentrations.
pH Sheet – Absorbance values recorded at a fixed wavelength across different pH levels during nanoparticle synthesis or stability testing.
Each sheet includes:
Experimental conditions (concentration or pH)
Corresponding absorbance values
These values represent peak absorbance responses and are useful for assessing optimal conditions for nanoparticle synthesis using Azospirillum as the biological agent.
