This dataset provides raw dual-frequency GNSS observation data recorded using a low-cost GNSS receiver (u-blox ZED-F9P) and a custom-built 3D-printed dual-ridged horn antenna. The data were collected on October 11, 2023 (GPS Day 285) at the Seyitler Campus of Artvin \u00c7oruh University under open-sky conditions. Observations include standard GNSS measurement types such as carrier phase, pseudorange, and Doppler from GPS satellites in the L1 and L2 frequency bands. No pre-processing or filtering has been applied to the data, allowing researchers to perform their own analyses, including GNSS-IR processing, positioning, and signal quality assessment.
