Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) in normal and LUAD samples. The Illumina Infinium 850k Human DNA methylation Beadchip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 820,000 CpGs in PBMC samples. Samples included 35 LUAD patients and 50 normal controls. Overall design: Bisulphite converted DNA from the 85 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium 850k Human Methylation Beadchip.
