Dataset for: Environmental and anthropogenic gradients shape terrestrial medium- and large-sized mammal community structure in an Amazonian white-sand forest

This dataset contains the data and supplementary materials used in the study “Environmental and anthropogenic gradients shape terrestrial medium- and large-sized mammal community structure in an Amazonian white-sand forest”.The dataset contains information on terrestrial medium- and large-sized mammals sampled using camera traps in the Rio Negro Sustainable Development Reserve, Central Amazonia, Brazil. The deposited ZIP file also contains the supplementary tables associated with the study. Table S1 presents descriptive statistics for the environmental and anthropogenic variables, and Table S2 presents standardized direct and indirect effects estimated by the Structural Equation Models (SEM).
