To further investigate the transmission of MDR-TB in Beijing, China, we whole-genome sequenced (WGS) clinical MDR-TB strains collected during 2018-2020 in Beijing to detect clustered strains. This was then combined with epidemiological data and patient interviews to detect risk factors for transmission and possible geographic groupings.
