Exposure-Based Pricing Index (EBPI): Reproducible Dataset and Code for Outdoor Advertising Tariff Zoning in Madiun City (ETASR #20588)

Reproducible dataset and R analysis code accompanying the manuscript "Exposure-Based Pricing: A Stochastic-Learning Framework for Outdoor Advertising Tariff Zoning in Smart Cities" (ETASR #20588). The package contains 108 site-month observations from nine intersections in Madiun City, Indonesia, a variable dictionary, and a single canonical R script that reproduces all reported metrics (NHPP intensity modeling, Random Forest residual diagnostic, K-Means zoning, and the Exposure-Based Pricing Index). All data are aggregated with no individual-level information.
