Comparative genomics of Cryptosporidium spp.. Cryptosporidium

This project is to compare different isolates of Cryptosporidium spp. at whole genome level to identify genetic determinants for phonotypic traits such as host specificity and virulence, and for high-resolution tracking of transmission in humans and animals.
