Data for: "The epidemiology and clinical features of HIV and Trypanosoma cruzi (Chagas disease) co-infection: A systematic review and individual patient data analysis"

Supporting files for a systematic review entitled "The epidemiology and clinical features of HIV and Trypanosoma cruzi (Chagas disease) co-infection: A systematic review and individual patient data analysis", published in PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases. These include a dataset containing anonymized individual-level patient information extracted from publications included in the review, the data extraction tool produced for the review, and supporting guidance document. Individual-level patient information recorded in the dataset is non-identifiable and has been obtained using public information. The protocol for the systematic review was registered in advance on PROSPERO and is published online: https://www.crd.york.ac.uk/PROSPERO/view/CRD42020216125. Ethical approval was not required for this systematic review.
