Isoniazid (INH) monoresistance is the most prevalent form of drug-resistant tuberculosis (TB), found in 8% of cases worldwide. In order to expand the knowledge on variants associated with INH resistance, here we investigate by WGS, variants in other gene regions associated with different INH minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs), as well as variants associated with resistance to other first- and second-line drugs.
