Survival in a Warming World: Long-Term Population Dynamics of the Lizard Gonatodes humeralis

We surveyed G. humeralis (August to December - dry season) across 24 sampling plots, each with 1000 m of trails, in 2001 and 2021, to assess the impact of high temperatures (restriction hours), forest area, isolation from continuous forest, and differences in food availability (invertebrate biomass) on G. humeralis population growth rates in Alter do Chão, estate of Pará, central-eastern Amazonia.
