Cross-reference table for Botrytis cinerea B0510 and T4 gene ids

Botrytis cinerea, the grey mould fungus, is a plant pathogen with a necrotrophic lifestyle causing serious pre- and post-harvest diseases on a variety of plant species worldwide. Several genome annotations have been released in the past years : T4-URGI, B0510-BROAD (Amselem et al., 2011) ; T4vanKan - B0510vanKan (Staats and van Kan, 2012) ; BcinB0510 (van Kan et al., 2016) ; GenBank (individual submissions). We established a cross-reference table between Botrytis cinerea BcinB010 gene ids and the gene ids in the other annotations.
