资源简介:
Rice is the main food crop in many Asian countries, however, rice suffers from rice planthoppers.Nilaparvata lugens(BPH) , Sogatella furcifera (WBPH) and Laodelphax striatellus(SBPH) are the most economically important pests of rice, they harm rice by sucking sap and spreading virus.WBPH is the main vector of southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus(SRBSDV).Previous studies have shown that M. anisopliae CQMa421 can kill and affect the oviposition of WBPH, but the mechanism is not clear. Therefore,we investigated the effects of M. anisopliae CQMa421 on the olfactory behavior and virulence of WBPH.Here, our results explained the potential application of entomogenous fungi and opened up a way for the development of new biocontrol control.
