To assess weather WT and mutant Sam68 induces cell apoptosis
Conclusion:
transfection of Sam68 WT increased the percentage of cells undergoing apoptosis compared to untransfected cells as expected, but this increase was significantly smaller upon transfection of the phospho-mimetic mutants.
