5' scRNA-seq of non-melanoma skin cancer patients

10x genomics single cell RNA-seq was performed using the 5' targeted library prep kit (v2 chemistry) followed by 2x100bp paired end sequencing. Matched tumor and normal samples were sequenced from two older (>80yo) and two younger (<40yo) patients: one each with squamous cell and basal cell carcinoma.
