Duffing Equation - numerical simulations

Results of numerical simulations carried out for Duffing equation (DE). The simulations were conducted during the research that was aimed at developing analytical formulas for determining the boundaries of the unstable solution area of the standard DE with softening stiffness and with any damping value. This goal was not achieved, although a series of graphs obtained for various damping values clearly show the existence of a relationship between them. However, analytical formulas for the lower and upper boundaries of the unstable solution area when the damping is equal to zero have been developed.
