This project provides the invertebrate metagenome assembly of Symsagittifera roscoffensis, common name roscoff worm / mint sauce worm. It contains the full unbinned assembly of Symsagittifera roscoffensis and associated organisms plus the MAGs and bins derived from this assembly. The assembly is provided by the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics Project (https: //www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/).
