snRNA-seq of Hexb-deficient brain cells

We used snRNA-sequencing to analyze all thalamic brain cells derived from Hexb-deficient and competent cells. CNS nuclei were isolated from frozen thalamic specimen, FACS purified, and analyzed with snRNA-seq本研究采用单细胞核RNA测序（snRNA-sequencing）技术，对来源于Hexb缺陷型与功能正常型细胞的全部丘脑脑细胞进行分析。研究人员从冰冻丘脑组织标本中分离得到中枢神经系统（Central Nervous System, CNS）细胞核，经荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）纯化后，利用单细胞核RNA测序完成相关检测分析。
