Root AMF of two invasive plants and vegetables

The aim of this study was to dissect whether benomyl can improve the competitiveness of vegetables against invasive plants in agroecosystems. We conducted a common garden experiment to investigate the impacts of benomyl on mycorrhizal and non mycorrhizal vegetables competed with invasive plants, alongside its effects on the AMF communities.This study posits that benomyl improve vegetable competitiveness by disrupting the symbiosis between invasive plants and AMFs, offering a new insights into vegetable production optimization, invasive species management, and biodiversity preservation in agroecosystem
