Dataset for Chemopleth 1.0 – A downloadable interactive Brain Maps spatial database of five co-visualizable neurochemical systems

This is a dataset of digital brain atlas templates and mapped datasets that can be opened in Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape. It contains mapped data showing the spatial locations of axons and cell bodies of five different neurochemical systems of the rat brain, mapped to a base map from the freely available Brain Maps 4.0 rat brain atlas. This file is a companion to our study entitled: "Chemoarchitectural studies of the rat hypothalamus and zona incerta. Chemopleth 1.0 – A downloadable interactive Brain Maps spatial database of five co-visualizable neurochemical systems, with novel feature- and grid-based mapping tools."
