ROCK and MLCK inhibition and effects on Dengue virus replication

Data included investigates the effect of inhibition of Rho-kinase or myosin-light chain kinase (using inhibitory drugs) on the replication of Dengue virus and permeability of HMEC-1 monolayers. Virus yield by plaque assay, western blots for viral protein and rt-PCR for genome copies are included. Monolayer permeability was measured by HRP flux and TEER assays; cytotoxicity of inhibitory drugs was monitored by Annexing V/Propidium iodide staining.
