During the evening on 11 April 2024 Lough Funshinagh lake has expanded beyond any historical records and started threatening homes and road infrastructure in Roscommon County . The event is ongoing with several homes evacuated and road closures in place. Copernicus EMS Rapid Mapping is requested to provide flood extent emergency mapping.
