Forecasting model for newly built apartments price

The entire code and project was written in the Python programming language This piece of code shows how on the finished base, which was collected from open sources, converted to a digital view, downloaded into MySQL (DataBase), was trained model based on Linear Regression, where the accuracy was approximately 91%. The main factor was the location of the house and its class (Business, Budget, Elite)
