Linked Births, Lead Surveillance, Grade 4 End-Of-Grade Scores for NC births of children, Cohort Years 2003-2005

This dataset includes all births in NC for children entering kindergarten in the same year. Kindergarten years covered in this cohort include children born in 2003 - 2005. The following information is provided for each birth, where available: detailed birth record data elements, blood lead level test results, end-of-year grade 4 test results, Racial Residential Isolation (RI), and Neighborhood Deprivation Index (NDI).
