Reproducibility Dataset and Code for Farm-Level Hard Dry Maize Yield Prediction in Manabí, Ecuador

This dataset contains the processed analytical data and model outputs supporting a study of spatially transferable farm-level hard dry maize yield prediction in Manabí Province, Ecuador. The package integrates recoded ESPAC 2024 public-use agricultural survey variables with parish-level CHIRPS3 precipitation indicators and record-level ERA5-Land temperature and upper-layer soil-moisture indicators. It includes the 518-record principal analytical dataset, a CHIRPS3 integration-audit workbook, 19,215 parish-day precipitation observations, record-level crop-season indicators, parish-grouped cross-validation assignments, pooled out-of-fold predictions, performance metrics, parish-cluster bootstrap intervals, selected hyperparameters and predefined robustness results. Original provider files, confidential coordinates, personal identifiers and executable source code are not included.
