Forest deadwood Microbe Raw sequence reads

This BioProject investigates the microbial diversity of oak (Quercus liaotungensis) deadwood in a warm temperate forest ecosystem using high-throughput sequencing. Samples were collected from decomposing logs, and both bacterial and fungal communities were analyzed to elucidate their roles in wood decay and nutrient cycling. The resulting raw sequence data will contribute to a deeper understanding of forest microbiomes and their ecological functions in decomposition dynamics.
