Sequenced using PacBio Sequel long-read sequencing and Illumina short-read sequencing. The genome size of the strain was 5,173,343 bp, and the genome consisted of a circular chromosome, with a G + C content of 45.07% and a total of 4,225 predicted coding genes. KEGG and COG functional analyses revealed that most of the functions enriched in this strain of P. distasonis were metabolism- related, especially amino acid synthesis and metabolism, lipopolysaccharide synthesis, fatty acid synthesis and metabolism, and lipid transport and metabolism.
