Metagenomic analysis of bariatric surgery human samples at 3 time points

8 bariatric surgery metagenomic human samples have been sequenced with HiSeq Illumina technology at 3 time points (Pre-surgery, 2 months after surgery and 1 year after surgery). The study wants to find functional and taxonomical differences between these 3 time points.
