FISH results using the BAC clones with corresponding genome position on chromosome 5p and 21q, demonstration the deletions in the male proband and in the normal sister, as well as the insertion of ins(11;5) in the normal sister and the mother, and two ins(21;5) in the mother. “+” indicates FISH signal present and “−” indicates FISH signal not present on the correlated chromosomes. Abnormal chromosomes are in bold.“+”, positive for FISH signal; “−”, negative for FISH signal.
