The present invention relates to a recombinant nucleic acid molecule encoding a polypeptide having pesticidal activity against lepidopteran， coleopteran or nematode pests and a method for producing the same. Furthermore， the invention relates to an expression cassette comprising the claimed recombinant nucleic acid molecule， a transgenic plant， a seed thereof and a host cell comprising said expression cassette. Additionally， the invention relates to a recombinant polypeptide with corresponding pesticidal activity and a method for producing the same， as well as an antibody to said polypeptide and a composition for controlling said pests comprising the claimed polypeptide. Furthermore， the invention relates to corresponding methods for controlling said pests， methods for protecting a plant therefrom， methods for increasing yield.
