RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) play a key role in regulating the maintenance and differentiation of embryonic stem cells. A critical step in understanding RBP function is to identify the RNA transcripts to which it binds. To achieve this goal, we developed an induction strategy named RNA-Editing-Based-RNA-seq (REB-seq) to capture potential RNA targets bound by RBPs of interest.
