Bibliographic records of Nigeria Research Production from 2014-2023

This dataset provides a comprehensive look at scholarly publications affiliated with Nigerian institutions between 2014 and 2023. The data was retrieved from the Scopus database using the keyword - (AFFIL (nigeria) AND PUBYEAR > 2012 AND PUBYEAR < 2024) , after which the data for each scopus subject area (i.e. MED 1, MAT SCI) were downloaded as csv files successively, and then labeled by the subject name before merging all the files. It is a valuable resource for researchers, policymakers, and academics interested in the dynamics of Nigerian research.
