In the bearing manufacturing industry, the production of bearing rings is a field with extremely stringent requirements for high-precision and advanced technologies. Its downstream application scenarios include automotive manufacturing, construction machinery, high-end agricultural machinery, motorcycles, home appliances, reducers, and other industries. The purpose of introducing the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in this industry is to achieve precise docking between market demand and production through the perception, collection, and transformation of various data elements in the production process, reduce production capacity waste caused by information asymmetry, and maximize production efficiency. However, whether the introduction of MES by enterprises has truly improved production efficiency in this industry is a common concern for numerous enterprises in this field, which needs to be verified through the analysis and calculation of corresponding data elements. This data analysis aims to solve the problem of whether MES has truly improved production efficiency in this industry through algorithmic rule-based operations and analysis. The extracted data elements include: reported completed quantity (CRD), planned start time (PST), actual production duration (PD), planned end time (PET), and planned daily output (RPO). 1. Algorithmic rules: Calculate the Comprehensive Production Efficiency (CPE) using the formula: CPE = [CRD / (RPO * (PET - PST)) * 100] / [PD / (PET - PST)]. The actual production duration is calculated in days, with any duration less than 1 day counted as 1 day. 2. Data analysis: If CPE > 100, the status is marked as "Overproduction"; if CPE = 100, the status is marked as "Production Up to Standard"; if CPE < 100, the status is marked as "Production Failing to Meet Standards" based on the reported completed quantity or actual production duration. 3. Status-based analysis conclusions: If the status is "Overproduction", it means the introduction of MES has successfully improved production efficiency; if the status is "Production Up to Standard", it means the introduction of MES has neither improved nor reduced production efficiency; if the status is "Production Failing to Meet Standards", it means the introduction of MES has actually reduced production efficiency.
