Optimising Teaching and Learning with Digital Technologies: Insights and Strategies for the Knowledge Era

This study examines the comprehension and use of digital technologies for teaching, learning, and daily tasks among experienced teachers, an instructional leader, students aged 10 to 14, and preservice teachers. The qualitative research explores critical educational challenges in teaching and learning in a complex, ever-changing world. It focuses on purposefully selected volunteers demonstrating mindsets geared towards optimising their craft through effective strategies and technological tools. The study identifies the need for a robust knowledge base in educational Episteme, Techne, and Phronesis to ensure that knowledge is constructed and applied effectively in technology-blended real-world situations.
