Uehata et al. single-cell ATAC-seq dataset of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells

A Seurat object (.rds format) for a single-cell ATAC-seq dataset of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. It includes 4 samples:
controlDKO (Reg1–/–, Reg3–/–)Nfkbiz–/–TKO DKO (Reg1–/–, Reg3–/– Nfkbiz–/–)Data was processed using Seurat and Signac. For more details we refer to the accompanying GitHub repository. In brief, we normalized the data, conducted linear and non-linear dimensionality reduction, clustered cells, calculated "gene activities", and added motif information to the Seurat object.
