资源简介:
Intergenerational acquired resistance (IAR) is a phenomenon where a parent plant transfers a stress-memory to its progeny, resulting in an enhanced defense capacity of said progeny plants. In this study, parent rice plants (cv Nipponbare) were inoculated with the root-knot nematode Meloidogyne graminicola or with mock. RNA-seq was executed on root tissue of their progeny, called IAR and naive plants, respectively.
