The dataset includes 30 min values of partitioned evaporation (E) and transpiration (T) and T:ET ratios for five WUE algorithms during a month of peak growth period for five grain crops modelled in Fluxpart using data collected from Eddy Covariance Flux stations. Three C3 crop flux sites (wheat, canola, and soybean) were located at the United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service (USDA-ARS), Grazinglands Research Laboratory, El Reno, Oklahoma. All sites were rainfed. Both C4 crop flux sites (maize and sorghum) were located at the USDA-ARS, Conservation and Production Research Laboratory, Bushland, Texas. Both sites were irrigated sites.
