Philornis downsi Raw sequence reads

In the Galapagos Islands of Ecuador, Philornis downsi, a parasitic nest fly of Darwin's finches, is having a drastic effect on endemic bird species. The fly populates mainland Ecuador and recently invaded many islands on the Galapagos. We used Restriction-enzyme Associated DNA sequencing (RADseq) to assess population structure and connectivity between flies on the islands and the mainland. The goal of the project is to better inform management strategies aimed at mitigating the effects of this parasite in the Galapagos.
