Solipay Worldwide GDPR-Compliant PII, Demographics, and Device Data, 40K+ profiles

Solipay's PII maps its over 40K users to their email, phone number, age and gender, all provided on account creation. Email and phone number are linked to users' Venmo or PayPal account to receive revenue share for their data, incentivizing accurate reporting of PII. Phone numbers are validated with an SMS OTP. The PII of Solipay users' data is immensely valuable both on its own, and when combined with Solipay's other data products. On its own, mapping of email, phone number, mobile ad ID, gender and age can be used to validate a user's existing accounts across platforms, as well as corroborate demographic information. PII can also be used independently to create lookalike audiences with ad services such as Facebook ads, or for serving content via email or mobile devices. When combined with Solipay's location and search data products, the PII dataset can provide a 360 view of a consumer—where they go, what they search and purchase, what groups they belong to, and the technology they use.
