To bridge this gap, we introduce mRI, a multimodal 3D human pose estimation dataset equipped with mmWave, RGB-D and inertial sensors. Our dataset consists of 5 million frames collected from 20 subjects performing rehabilitation exercises, and supports benchmarks for HPE and action detection. We conducted extensive experiments using our dataset and characterized the strengths of each modality. We hope that the release of mRI will advance research in pose estimation, multimodal learning and action understanding, and more importantly, foster applications for home health monitoring.
