Artifact and detector checkpoints for a study on formatting changes and missed detections in machine-learning vulnerability detectors

Anonymous supplementary material for a paper under double-blind review. This record contains two things. The artifact archive holds the released score and feature tables, the frozen protocols and their hashes, the identity ledgers, and the analysis code that recomputes every number reported in the paper without re-running detector inference. Running run_all.sh inside it reproduces the reported analyses and ends with PUBLIC_RUN_ALL_OK. The checkpoints are the detector weights for the main measurement, and were present in earlier versions of this record. No source code from the studied projects, no generated variants, no payloads and no PrimeVul splits are redistributed. The artifact records identities by cryptographic digest rather than carrying the text. Verify the archive against the checksum shipped beside it before use.
